Young-Seok, a 65-year-old parking lot manager, is asked to replace fluorescent lights and watches a beautiful woman dancing "PasoDoble" while checking CCTVs. She is a mysterious being seen only on CCTV, and only under a broken fluorescent light. Bored all alone at the underground parking lot, Young-Seok practices dance sports to dance with her.
